Econt offices
This language applies to the office finder. Econt controls the language of its external order form.
Ordering with Econt
Choose cash on delivery with Econt on the Bulgarian product or cart page. The official Econt form opens with your products, quantities and EUR prices. Select an office or address, enter the recipient details and confirm delivery and the order in Econt. Payment is made on receipt. Card payment through Stripe is a separate ordering method: do not pay for the same order twice.
Delivery policy
Voltensa arranges deliveries through Econt and Speedy. The transport price depends on the actual weight and dimensions of the packed parcel. Where these need clarification, the final transport cost is confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery in Bulgaria
Delivery to an address or courier office depends on the parcel and destination. The carrier’s applicable tariff is based on weight, dimensions, destination and selected service. Online Stripe checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in Bulgaria only.
International deliveries
International delivery is available by prior enquiry through Econt or Speedy for destinations and parcels served by the carrier. Availability, price and timing are agreed for the specific order before final confirmation.
Price and delivery time
The applicable charge is shown at checkout or communicated for confirmation before dispatch. If transport costs need clarification, the order is not dispatched until you confirm them. Timing depends on availability, processing and the courier service. Bulky or heavy items may require an individual transport quotation. Free shipping or another transport promotion applies only under expressly stated conditions.
Receiving your order
Provide an accurate recipient name, telephone number and address or office. If the package is visibly damaged, notify the courier on receipt and contact the store. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available.
